This listing is for one (1) bound carbonless custom business order form pad. This listing is NOT for a digital design. One pad holds 50 sets. A set consists of top copy white, bottom copy yellow. Whatever is written on the top copy or white sheet is automatically transferred to the bottom copy or yellow sheet without a carbon form.
We offer high-quality printing on our professional grade color laser printer in our pet free and smoke free shop! Screen colors and actual colors may vary.
How to get started:
1. Place your order and select your preferences. We offer three sizes: quarter (4.25x5.5), half (8.5x5.5), and full (8.5x11). Choose between color or a black (grayscale) option as well as a numbering option where each set has it's own number. Included in the price of each listing is our $10.00 personalization fee for first time customers. This fee is charged initially to set up your custom order forms. Returning customers who are re-ordering order forms are not subject to this fee unless changes to their original order are requested. Please contact us prior to placing a re-order if you are looking for changes on your current proof. For your convenience, we have listed links to our custom order form books below.
2. Include/send any personalization requests including a logo or graphic if you have one and you have rights to use as a high resolution .jpg or .png at the time you place your order in the Notes to Seller option or through Etsy Convos. Please know any information shared with us is considered confidential and only used to create your order. We ask all customers to check their e-mail often during this customization process to minimize delays with your order.
3. Once we receive your order, preferences, and/or information/personalization requests, we can begin working on your proof.
Please allow at least 3 business days for us to create a proof for you. This time-frame is dependent upon our current workload. (Our shop is closed on weekends and holidays) If you have a deadline, please convo us prior to ordering to ensure we can meet your time-frame. We appreciate the heads up! If you need your order within 7-10 days (not including shipping times) you will be asked to pay our Rush Fee. More information on our Rush Fee can be found in our Policies. We have provided a ink below.
We offer unlimited changes to your proof until we receive your final approval. We do not begin processing orders until we have your final approval.

A set equals white top copy for you and yellow bottom copy for your customer.
If a logo or graphic is to be used, please supply a high quality (300 dpi) .jpg or .png file. We do not provide graphics.
A proof is provided approximately 48 hours after purchase. (Excluding weekends and holidays when we are out of the shop.)
There are unlimited changes to a proof until we receive your final approval. There are no additional changes after we receive your final approval.
