Digital Files Terms of Use

 

What you can do:

  • Our SVG files and designs may be used for personal or commercial use* (see below for more details on commercial use) but you may not distribute, duplicate, or sell our files in digital format.

  • Our printable files may be used for personal use only.

 

  • Physical mediums our SVG files or designs can be used with are:  clothing goods, mugs, flags, signs, cards, notepads, paper goods, party decorations, etc.

 

  • *COMMERCIAL USE NOTE:  Our files can be used for commercial use for up to 50 sales using one graphic.  If you are using one graphic for commercial use and you will have more than 50 sales, we kindly ask you to contact us at www.addisonlanenovelties.com to purchase our Extended Use Commercial License.

 

What you cannot do:

  • Our files and designs may NOT be used in ANY digital mediums in ANY way regardless if it is in its original state or modified form.

 

  • Our files and designs may NOT be distributed or sold in physical formats for kits.

  • Our files and designs may NOT be shared with others.  This includes family and friends.

 

  • Our files and designs may NOT be copied and traced.  To do so is considered plagiarism.  If you are interested in our graphics, please make a purchase.  These graphics are original works created by Designs by Addison Lane. 

 

  • Our files and designs may NOT be uploaded or used on any Print On Demand sites like cafepress.com or sites similar in nature.

 

  • Our files and designs may not be modified or changed.  Designs are copyright and are exclusive property of Designs by Addison Lane.

 

  • Our files and designs are handmade designs and may not be claimed as belonging to anyone other than Designs by Addison Lane.  To do so would be considered stealing or theft.  Designs are copyright and are exclusive property of Designs by Addison Lane.

 

  • By purchasing our SVG files, you agree to our full terms of use.
